The sessions are discussion-based, with Rumaila Operating Organisation (ROO) staff and contractors alike benefiting from the exchange of ideas and sharing of ‘best practices’. This year’s forum, as with those held previously, was an invaluable learning opportunity for all in attendance and its success was underpinned by transparent communication, active listening and a shared vision for continual improvement.
